The long awaited Defenzia M11 less lethal firearm is now finally available for consumer sales. Defenzia LLC has officially started pre sales for the Defenzia M11 .50 caliber less lethal firearm. Now through the beginning of December 2017 buyers can take advantage of $150.00 off of the regular MSRP of $650.00. The weapon provides four .50 caliber rubber bullets to the user. The weapon is electronically fired and works off it’s own pizo-electric trigger. This means that the firearm never needs a battery or charging in order for it to work as intended. The weapon also has an integrated laser sight to aid the user in low-light aiming conditions.
This weapon also has multiple uses in professional private sector use. Professionals working in bail enforcement, fugitive recovery, and private security often need reliable less lethal technology to tackle threats out in the field. The Defenzia M11 provides four times the engagement distance of current projectile stun weapons. In most case current projectile stun weapons only offer one shot to the user, but the Defenzia M11 provides four shots in order to stop a threat.
The proprietary ammunition used by the Defenzia M11 also ensures that no cross-contamination with traditional and conventional ammunition ever occurs during the use of this weapon. The manufacturer claims that the weapon is less lethal as long as it’s targeted at the center mass of the target. The weapon can still cause serious bodily injury even when used as directed, however the possibility of a lethal outcome is reduced when compared to current traditional firearms.

A new less lethal solution has just been become available to law enforcement agencies in the United States. A company called Defenzia was just earlier this year cleared by the ATF to started selling and distributing it’s Defenzia M09 unit to law enforcement agencies across the country. The Defenzia M09 is based off the Russian wasp pistol which provides five different functions in one compact package. The Defenzia M09 provides three defensive capabilities as well as two ideal for search and rescue. On the defensive side the Defenzia M09 features a 55 caliber rubber bullet which is deployed with 90 joules of muzzle energy and is accurate up to thirty-five yards. It also offers an ear-deafening and blinding flash-bang round as well as a pepper gel cartridge which has a range of five meters. Additional features include a multicolor flare and a high-intensity high lumen sky candle for search and rescue. The unit it self is a four-shot, semiautomatic device which fires via an electronic trigger and incorporates a laser for better target acquisition. While the technology is new to the United States, the technology it self is not new. It has been deployed in Israel, Europe, and South American markets for over the last fifteen years. Defenzia is planning on releasing a 50 caliber unit for civilian self defense in late 2016 to U.S. markets.

This is the first post in a new category for Less Lethal Alternatives, PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) air guns. While PCP air guns and rifles may be less lethal compared to a traditional firearm, these ARE NOT TOYS and definitely not the same as the Red Rider BB gun you may have had as a kid. The keywords to remember are “less” and “lethal”, the use of these sorts of guns can very likely end in great bodily harm or even death if aimed/fired at a living target.
The HATSAN Gladius PCP Air Rifle will be the first weapon represented in this category on our website. ” It is imperative that the soft panels be properly installed before wearing. In most cases, the vests are shipped with the panels already installed. Please check for proper installation. Make sure that the ballistic panels in your vest are installed with the “wear face” toward the body and/or “strike face” away from the body and in the direction of the threat.
When wearing: Adjust your product so that it is centered over vital areas and side overlap protection is utilized (if applicable). Remember that wearing the carrier without any ballistic panels being properly inserted provides NO ballistic protection.”

MACE has recently released a new design of their original Pepper Spray Gun called the Pepper Gun 2.0. This item’s new design features the same functionality as the previous design but is meant to provide a more tactical look. The redesigned version has a picatinny rail system at the top of the weapon which allows the user to attached accessories such as a laser mount. The weapon uses a replaceable 28 gram pepper spray cartridge, each cartridge provides approximately seven spray cycles and has a reach of up to 20 feet. The MACE Pepper Gun 2.0 features a self defense strobe light which can disorient attackers and is activated by the pull of the trigger. The 10% OC/pepper spray also contains UV dye so that assailants can be identified by police.
